Sunda International is looking to employ the service of qualified and self-motivated personels to ensure efficient utilization of manpower resources in the warehouse. Available positions are enlisted below.
Job Description and Duties – current job opportunities at Sunda International.
Warehouse Manager
- Will ensure daily receipt report quantities talliey with physical stock.
- Inspecting physically all stocks receipt to ensure they are in saleable conditions and that all damages had been reported duly.
- Be in charge of warehouse sanitation
- Record and document all stock movement and transactions in the warehouse.
- Keeping stock card record of all receipt transactions
- Stock Keeper/ Stock Control
- Following FIFO/LIFO strictly at all times
- Revealing shrinkage, overage or damages by checking stocks daily
- Improving stock integrity by reparking daily broken stocks
- Confirming stock quantities in store by monthly stock count
Customer Dispatch
Issuing accurately according to the Item Codes on the Waybill.
Checking to ensure that quantities dispatched to customer tallies with waybill quantities.
Checking for accuracy of entries on the waybill and Material Requisition.
Report:
Daily Stock Check Report.
Monthly Stock Check Report.
Broken Report Manpower.
Control:
- Directing, Controlling, organizing, and motivating Casual staff through Issue Officer.
- Ensuring the efficient application of manpower resources in the warehouse.
Safety and Security:
- Creating safety and security awareness among casual manpower on a continuous basis
- Identifying Safety and Security hazards in the warehouse and reporting immediately.
Qualification and Requirements:
- 3 years work experience
- To work with minimum or no supervision
- Must be able to work under pressure and for long hours occasionally
- Education Background: Higher National Diploma (Purchasing and Supply, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transport, etc.)
- Professional Qualification or Title (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport or Chartered Institute Purchasing and Supply).
