The Dutch Ministry is giving Scholarships for International Students 2022 under the Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP) for international students. The Netherlands Government Scholarship Program is a fully-funded international scholarship program. The Holland Government Scholarships 2022 (Netherlands Government Scholarships 2022 Round 2) application period is now available at top Dutch universities.
The Orange Knowledge Program (OKP) 2022 application is currently available, and students from all over the world can apply. The Orange Knowledge Program (OKP) Scholarship Program aims to assist both domestic and international students who are pursuing Bachelors’s and Masters’s Degree programs in a variety of subjects. The Netherlands Government Scholarship will cover all of the students’ expenditures.
About Netherlands Government Scholarships 2022 (Orange Knowledge Programme)
The Orange Knowledge Programme strives to improve the ability, knowledge, and quality of individuals and organizations in higher and vocational education, as well as other disciplines in the program countries that are connected to the main themes.
Holland’s scholarship program for international students is available at a variety of universities across the country and in a variety of academic subjects. OKP support at top Dutch universities has evolved as a global center of excellence in science and education and is well-positioned to investigate the intersection of several educational sectors.
Scholarships are available in the Netherlands for full-time Master’s degree programs as well as short-term bachelor’s degree courses. At the participating Dutch universities, there are numerous Master’s Degree and Short Course fields to choose from. The Master’s Degree Program lasts between 12 and 24 months, whereas short courses last between 2 and 12 months.

Netherlands Government Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
Eligible Countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Colombia, Congo (DRC), Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Liberia, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar, Niger, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Suriname, Tanzania, Tunisia, Uganda, Vietnam, Yemen, and Zambia.
Activities have been put on hold for Afghanistan. This means that Afghanistan will no longer take part in the Orange Knowledge Programme. Dutch embassies no longer issue visas for Afghan applicants, this also includes Afghan OKP scholarship holders.
Other Requirements: Each institution has its own set of requirements. Candidates must visit the official website for eligibility for the program of their choice.
How to apply for Netherlands Government Scholarship 2022.
Before applying, consider the eligibility criteria and determine whether your employer is willing to endorse you for the scholarship.
You must submit your application directly to a Netherlands higher education institution of your choice. For application procedures, contact the Dutch higher education institution that offers the OKP accredited course of your choosing. More information on the many processes involved in the application and selection procedures, as well as the eligibility criteria, can be obtained from the Dutch organization. The deadline for each course and university varies.
- The 3 candidate application rounds for individual scholarships are:
- Round 1: 2 February-22 March 2022 (for courses starting between 25 July and 21 November 2022)
- Round 2: 11 May-28 June 2022 (for Short Courses starting between 21 November 2022 and 20 February 2023)
- Round 3: 31 August-11 October 2022 (for Short Courses starting from 20 February 2023 onward and must be completed before 31 August 2023)
